As per Required elevation chosen by client
🌟Estimate for the model has been given with signature of licensed engineer.Its required for banking loan process
If the client has given project to us ..the above all will be done as for compliment by receiving just 10k has project initiate amount
Otherwise the client requires only the above three things
🌟For 2D plan -Rs.3/s.ft
🌟For 3D elevation with three options-5000/each one
🌟For estimate-1 percent of overall amount has tobe charge
🌟All the plan and elevation has designed by well qualified architect
🌟All the Estimate, Construction techniques, quality control, quantity check has been done by well professional engineers
🌟As for consulting only,2 percent of overall cost has tobe charge
🌟As for labour contract only 450/s.ft for civil work only for all the electrical and plumbing work it will cost upto 650/s.ft
🌟As for overall contract the estimate has given initially after that stage wise bill has been given to client ..After the initial payment,the project will be started within 3 days
