Proposed Residence Design for Dr. Nishi at Nagercoil.

We designed this for a doctor couple who truly values both functionality and aesthetics.
The highlights of this house!

→ The geometric facade with straight lines and rectangular forms reflects a modern, minimalist aesthetic.
→ A combination of wood-finish panels on the gate and parts of the facade adds warmth and texture, contrasting beautifully with the neutral-toned walls.
→ Large glass windows and sliding doors invite abundant natural light, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

This residence, much like its owners, is a perfect balance of simplicity and clarity. Just purposeful design that meets their needs with a sparkle of aesthetics.

This one’s for a cute குட்டி family!
A perfect example of how cost-effective designs can still radiate aesthetics.

In the picture is a proposed design for a retired doctor couple in Pondicherry.

The space is to be occupied by three generations of doctors. So we were mindful of incorporating a design that allowed for common and private spaces. We thought designing in such a way would help both the younger and the older generation.

Simplicity and practicality! We tried to incorporate these two aspects of the profession which also aligned with the owners’ requirements.

Prioritizing functionality without compromising on aesthetics, the house features,
→ Modern lines
→ A warm material palette
→ Well-ventilated spaces

The design emphasizes simplicity and functionality complemented by earthy textures.
It's a simple design that might work for the three generations.

This is a proposed design for Mr. Suresh's residence in Chennai.

The building showcases a modern and angular design.

The design incorporates greenery on the balcony and rooftop. These green zones serve as personal spaces while improving the air quality and reducing heat absorption, a smart solution for Chennai's climate.

The interplay of textures and materials on the facade adds depth creating a statement of refined modernism. This residence will incorporate the latest home automation systems, ensuring energy efficiency, security, and convenience.

The project emphasises an indoor-outdoor connection, offering views, abundant natural light, and maximised ventilation, catering to the vibrant lifestyle of Chennai.

With thoughtful landscaping and integration of advanced technology, this proposed design for Mr. Suresh truly represents the future of urban luxury.

Proposed design for a residence in Myladi near Nagercoil.

We have designed and planned this residence by incorporating traditional planning principles to meet the client's requirements, while giving it a modern twist.

The design adheres to the principles of Vaasthu, as the clients were quite particular about it.

Thoughtfully placed natural and artificial lighting not only highlight the home's architectural features but also brings warmth and openness to every space.

It is a simple, sleek design that anyone would love to live in.

The clients were clear about their need for spaces that provide both solitude and a sense of togetherness.

So we were particular about creating spaces that allow them to feel comfortable at their solitude and feel included when they come together as a family.

We designed this home with a focus on simplicity and balance. The minimalistic approach allows the design itself to shine.

Sastha குடில் at Chennai - Proposed design

The Sastha Kudil was designed for three brothers who chose to live together on their ancestral land, maintaining the strong familial bonds.

While their vision was to honour tradition, they also wanted to provide each family with the privacy they needed for modern living.

The layout carefully balances private living spaces for each family, while a gazebo gathering space invites moments of togetherness. This communal hub fosters connection, allowing the families to come together while respecting individual privacy.

The Sastha குடில் design is a beautiful example of blending tradition with modern family dynamics.

It was a pleasure to design this space, one that reflects a deep love for family and the past, while paving the way for the future.
