Based on the site for this residence, we approached the design with subtlety yet trying to achieve opulence in small footprints. The frontage of this residence is considerably small when compared to most houses in the locality. The layout, elevation, interior finishes are all designed as a wholesome work of art that encompasses the client’s aspirations and ideas embedded into each and every detail. When we designed this project, we were thoughtful about giving a perfect balance of richness of textures while maintaining a simplicity in its outward prowess.

This house is a perfect blend of harmonious geometries and contemporary volumes. The clients approached us with a unique set of requirements for their home and we experimented with non-intrusive facades of contemporary styles yet catering to the challenging weather conditions of Kerala. The choice of natural materials to go along with this palette was a significant choice since the clients wanted to have a nice and cozy surrounding reminiscing them of their childhood years spent here.
