Gada shah shop
It is located in the east of Jahaz Mahal inside the royal enclosure and is built in the common style of Hindola Mahal. It is a lasge hall, consisting of gigantic arches inside supporting the roof of the hall.
The slanting buttresses support the high walls of the hall. It was perhaps used as a Divan-I-Aam (the hall of public audience).
It had been constructed under tughalaque architecture style, consisting of a large hall and two cells with corridor towards south, connected by the hall similar to Hindola Mahal. The southern part of the building was two storeyed as is evident from the ruined walls.
It is believed that this monument is associated with Rajput Medini Ray the Bundela chief of Chanderi, who had to remain at Mandu under Sultan Mehmud II

Mosque of Dilawar Khan
The first mosque of Mandu, was amongst the primitive Islamic edifices of Malwa. Austere in proportions and simple in plan, this mosque was essentially meant for the royal retinue of Dilawar Khan, who was still ruling from neighbouring Dhar. The architecture is utilitarian ; rampant use of dismantled stone blocks from old temples is conspicuous. Yazdani feels, “ The style of architecture is, however, of a makeshift nature, and, with the exception of the niches of the prayer-hall and the eastern doorway, there is a very little which may be regarded as strictly Islamic. “ The simple layout consist of an open central courtyard, surrounded by closed walls on all four sides. Colonnades of pillars run one aisle deep on tree sides, except the west, where is aisle gets quadrupled. The first three aisles on the western face are simple in design while the last one that served as a prayer hall is somewhat different. A total of seven mihrabs( niches in the wall that indicates the qibla) adorn the western wall, with the central one laden with bulk of ornamental artistry. A staircase hidden inside the southern wall goes to rooftop.

ROYAL HAMMAM
A medieval equivalent of a modern spa. Although modest in its plan, the hammam is unique for its elegant carved ceiling with opening in shape of stars. On the rare side there is staircase that goes up to the top. Elaborate schemes for channelizing water and steam tell us about the engineering skills of Mandu architects. @ Mandu, Madhya Pradesh

Champa Baodi is big well, situated near the splendid ruins of a complex of palaces of the Malwa sultans. The water of this Baodi is sweet smelling. Hence it got the name of the Champa flower. This Baodi has underground rooms ‘Tahkhanas’ to provide a cool retreat in hot summer months. These rooms are on the level of Munja Talav, with which they are connected through a passage and the cool air coming through the Munja Talav could escape from the top of the well circulating amongst the underground rooms. @ Mandu, Madhya Pradesh
