Khushalani Associates Architecture & Beyond Khushalani Associates is a Multi-Disciplinary design firm led by Architect Rajiv Khushalani.

In the first year of its inception, it became the only Indian firm to have featured in the prestigious EVOLO Skyscrapers Competition for its project ‘Poro-City’. The firm’s portfolio includes a range of projects in diverse disciplines – Mass Housing, Villas and Bungalows, Interiors for High-end Residential Corporate spaces and Hospitality – spread across like India, The Middle East and Africa. Feels like designing gods smiling down on you reality mirrors your vision. We go through many iterations and tend to make most (almost all) of our design decisions while making the final renders...in this case, we were blessed with the best clients who trusted the path we were taking and followed everything to the T - so much so that you can't tell the real images from the render.

The customized table has an inclined swoosh transforming from bar to dining in its length. The table base while a storage area when at the bar becomes a slender support once it reaches the dining space.

The construction of this table was a learning experience for us, right from the detailing, materials to controlling the cost and ensuring the finish was impeccable.

The living room of this second home is where we changed things without actually changing too much, as if proving that it is the small details which have the most significant impact. The dull beige flooring was enlivened by the addition of circular marble inserts, while the 'almost red' ceiling wash unifies the entire space.
