A model of adaptive reuse, this 30,000 sq.ft. transformation in Nagpur reimagines an abandoned industrial car shed as a contemporary workspace.
Anchored by a generous courtyard, the design invites daylight deep into the plan while introducing pockets of lush greenery. Crisp lines are tempered by subtle angularity, and a perforated metal skin animates the façade with shifting shadows. A singular rust-toned gesture cuts through the neutral palette, adding contrast and a sense of renewed identity.
