Designed for a father and son in Pune, this 2,170 sq ft residence explores a softer expression of modern minimalism where warmth, restraint and lived-in comfort quietly shape every space.

From restored heirlooms to layered textures and light filled transitions, we designed this home to hold both solitude and togetherness with equal ease.

When designing the space, we placed the bed at the center anchoring the room & defining the spatial flow. Behind it, a thoughtfully positioned study creates a subtle transition between rest and focus.

This layout allowed us to divide functions without building physical barriers.

For this 4 bedroom villa with pool in Karjat, we explored a layout that dissolves boundaries between inside and outside. Living spaces extend naturally into the pool deck, while the covered terrace is designed as a flexible layer for gathering, pause & everyday interaction with the view.
