Light as a building material.

Responding to Chennai’s climate and context, we conceived Lumen House around one core idea: controlled permeability.

Those vertical screens you see are not fixed — they pivot, letting the house inhale. From outside, they read as a monolithic, kinetic screen; from inside, a soft filter for light, with glimpses of green.

The living opens up through this full-height operable facade that blurs inside and out.

And here’s the twist: this serene, garden-like living room actually faces a busy street right in the heart of the city. The screen doesn’t just filter light, it filters the city out.

An urban oasis that breathes.

The Blue Atelier project is our vision for amenity spaces that feel less like facilities and more like destinations.
We wanted to create a games and social lounge with the atmosphere of a private members’ club, where recreation is wrapped in design, comfort and a little bit of theatre. We didn’t just design a court. We designed the moments before and after the game.
Lounge. Light. Aperitivo at the bar. Conversation that lingers long after the last serve.

Court to couture — would you play here?

Modernism with emotion.

Not minimal for the sake of minimal. Simple, but warm. Clean, but never clinical. Refined, but still close enough to touch.

We leave space — not emptiness, but quiet — so light, texture and form can actually be felt. So the room doesn’t just look composed. It feels composed.

That’s what stays with you.

SKUCCII

We conceived SKUCCII as a quiet meditation on beauty and well-being, nestled within the pulse of South Bombay.

Moving beyond the language of a conventional clinic, we shaped a world of stillness, softness and refined simplicity.
Through sculptural forms, natural textures and a muted palette, every element was considered in dialogue with
light, space and touch. It’s envisioned as a sanctuary where skin rejuvenation becomes a slower, more sensorial ritual,
and the space itself becomes part of the experience.

Carousel picture 1:
THE ART OF NEOCLASSICAL
Symmetry, marble, soft gold and graceful detailing—Neoclassical keeps the mood elegant, balanced and beautifully
restrained.

Carousel picture 2:
THE GRANDEUR OF CLASSICAL
Ornate carvings, gilded details, grand mirrors and rich patterns—Classical brings drama, history and unapologetic
glamour.

Carousel picture 3:
THE EDGE OF MODERN
Dark marble, bold geometry, sculptural forms and brass accents—Modern keeps the mood sleek, striking and effortlessly cool.

Carousel picture 4:
THREE STYLES. ONE PICK.
Neoclassical poise. Classical grandeur. Modern edge.

Which one speaks to you?

Two moods… one for 8pm, one for 8am.

They wanted a bedroom that knows how to switch off.

So we didn’t just put a bed in a room. We gave them a bedroom with a living room tucked inside it — a place to land at night, and a place to wake up slowly with coffee and the morning light.

That low Macassar crown on the headboard, returning on the TV unit, is what quietly divides the two without a single wall. The rest we kept in ivory, so light becomes the colour.

Because the most luxurious thing a bedroom can give you is not a look. It’s a routine you want to come back to.

We leaned into the darker side of residential luxury with deep tones, rich textures, sculptural lighting and a few
moments of drama. The result is a private poker room that feels polished enough for a club, but comfortable enough
to call home.

Designed as one of the signature communal spaces within an ultra-luxury residential society, this interior brings the
refinement of a private members’ club into a distinctly residential setting. The sweeping architectural forms create a
sense of grandeur without overwhelming the space, while natural stone, warm timber, sculptural lighting and carefully
integrated greenery establish a rich yet restrained material palette. Generous seating encourages residents to gather,
converse or retreat into quieter moments, while the expansive glazing connects the interior to the surrounding landscape. Every element is considered to feel elevated yet effortless, creating a space that is not simply an amenity,
but an extension of the residents’ lifestyle. A refined setting for gathering, designed with the scale, comfort and
exclusivity expected of an exceptional address.

He said he wanted a bath where he could disappear for an hour. So we gave him columns to hide behind.

Three weeks to source this Verde Avocatus onyx. Two trials for the gilded capitals. One brief: “make me feel like I’m not in Bangalore.”

Done.

A little Roman, in spirit if not in postcode. He hasn’t been seen since. We take that as a compliment!

The Poise of Antiquity

Drawing from the classical vocabulary of Greece, this home finds its character in symmetry, rhythm and proportion. The purity of the façade, the cadence of its columns, and the deep articulation of its openings create a quiet monumentality. Yet beneath this formal discipline lies a deeply livable home open to gardens, terraces, natural light and the slow passage of time.
