*Notice: Scheduled Downtime Notice –BPMS Portal due to (Server Maintenance) Load Balancer*
Dear All,
This is to inform you that a scheduled maintenance and hardware upgrade and load balancer will be performed on the *BPMS Portal from Thursday, 4th Sept 2025 7:00pm, to Monday, 8th Sept 2025 7:am. During this period, the BPMS Portal system and its services will be temporarily unavailable. This will include Payment Gateway and SMS gateway services specifically provided to any department.*

Most of these days are public holidays, we kindly request to all authorities, citizens, Technical Persons, revenue staff to adjust their service activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule.

We appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience this may cause.
