A little BTS from something we’ve been quietly building with .homes for .india

And let’s just say, we did not take the usual route.
Two very different design languages came together, so the idea was to make the booth feel just as unexpected, bolder, brighter, and a lot more playful than what people usually associate with us.

Think colour trials, material chats, moodboard madness, and a few “are we really doing this?” moments.

A small glimpse into the ideation stage before the big reveal.

For this living and dining space, the idea was to create a home that feels soft, warm, and quietly luxurious, without making any element feel too loud.

We kept the palette soft and neutral, but added depth through fluted wood, ribbed stone, sheer curtains, marble flooring, sculptural furniture, and warm layered lighting. Every detail was designed to feel refined yet lived-in, a home that feels elegant.

A home where every texture, curve, and corner was meant to feel intentional.

He’s a football fan, so the brief was pretty clear from the start… 🤍

We added that graphic on the wall to bring in his personality, but kept it balanced with paneling so it doesn’t feel too loud. It becomes a highlight, without taking over the whole room. On the TV wall, we carried the same thought with subtle fluting, just enough detail to keep things interesting.

The rest of the room is kept simple on purpose. Easy colours, comfortable bedding, nothing that fights with the walls. The study corner is clean and practical, exactly how he needed it.

It all came down to taking what he likes and shaping it into something that still feels calm and easy to live in.

This master bedroom brings together textured wall panels, soft beige upholstery, marble flooring and warm wooden detailing, layered with a deep rust red travertine marble backdrop that adds instant depth.

The antique metal TV wall adds a bold yet calming contrast, while fluted panels, soft drapery and subtle brass accents quietly tie everything together.

A design that focuses on comfort, depth and quiet luxury, where every detail feels considered, but never overwhelming.

Soft textures, warm wood, a hint of marble under your feet, everything quietly comes together to create a room that feels calm the moment you walk in.

The soft curve of the headboard, the way the pendant just drops perfectly beside it, and that subtle mix of materials that just makes the room feel complete.

A room that grows with her 🤍

We didn’t want the colour to take over the room.

So we brought in a soft green, through the headboard, little details, subtle layers. Just enough to break the neutrals, without ever feeling too much.

It’s the kind of accent that doesn’t shout for attention, but you feel it in the calm, in the softness, in how the whole room comes together.

More than just a bedroom, it’s her own little world, subtle, grounded, and growing with her.

4 months into 2026, and I’m reminded why I love what I do.

From early site mornings to finding that one perfect material, from constant movement to heartfelt handovers… every bit of this journey feels worth it.

Design isn’t just what you see, it’s everything that goes into making it feel right.

Therapy isn’t always a conversation.

Sometimes, it’s the space you come back to.

The way your home holds you matters more than we admit.
Not the square footage. Not the finishes.

But the feeling.

A well-designed space doesn’t just look good - it works quietly in the background, helping you slow down, reset, and breathe a little deeper. It becomes your pause between everything the world demands from you.

That’s when a house stops being just a place…
and starts becoming your sanctuary.

So tell me - what does your therapy look like?

A corner? A view? or simply the way your space makes you feel at the end of the day?

It usually starts with a spark, noticing something, somewhere.
Then come the sketches… turning ideas into something you can actually see.

Followed by plans, measurements, and hours on AutoCAD.
Materials, site visits, constant back and forth, making sure everything works the way it should.

And finally, the part everyone notices, styling, textures, those last few details.

From idea to execution… this is what really goes into every space you see.

When we began shaping this living and dining space, the intention was simple, slow the room down. Let light do the heavy lifting. Let textures speak instead of colours shouting.

The soft curves, the low seating, the layered rugs, all of it was planned to keep the eye moving gently, never abruptly.

The furniture heights were kept intentional, so the space feels open even when it’s full. Natural light was treated like a material here, filtered through sheer drapes, changing the mood through the day.

In the dining area, we kept the palette calm and the lines clean, so conversations stay central. No visual noise. No excess.

This space wasn’t designed to impress instantly.
It was envisioned to grow on you , quietly, over time.
