The Ajayan Residence is designed to align with its owners; a doctor’s family, whose emphasis on precision; and spirituality influences the home’s aesthetic clarity. The apartment features a harmonious blend of veneer, marble, and stone, creating an uncluttered sanctuary. The spatial flow begins with a veneer-paneled and stone entrance lobby, leading into a living pavilion that is anchored by an abstract canvas. The open kitchen promotes linear organization by incorporating marble countertops paired with a breakfast bar. Ultimately, the design fosters an elevated sense of tranquility while preserving material warmth.

KESAR HARMONY

Completed in March 2009, this architectural project is nestled at the foot of the Kharghar hills, redefining modern living by wrapping three sleek, linear buildings around a massive 90,000 sq. ft. podium garden.

Every apartment enjoys unrestricted views of the central greenery, complete with cross-ventilated layouts and luxury amenities like a walk-in wave pool, peaceful meditation area, jogging trail and a clubhouse. By cleverly tucking 430 car parks directly underneath the central landscape, the design restricts all vehicular traffic to the ground level. This ensures the expansive first-floor garden remains a purely pedestrian, safe, and tranquil oasis—creating a living envelope where clean architecture meets a resort lifestyle.

ZION

Located in a predominantly residential neighborhood, the primary challenge was to design a building that serves as a visual focal point despite of its size. Spread across a 4,000 sq.m. site, the structural massing features an engaging visual interplay, with two L-shaped projecting structures framing a central “Z” shape. This dynamic configuration accommodates various office layouts, offering maximum flexibility for leasing. The clean geometric lines are draped in a rectilinear, carved in cuboid palette of black and gold to exude power and elegance.

AGGARWAL RESIDENCE

The residence is designed as a second home for hosting. A visually serene living room features low-slung, rounded bouclé seating, while the open-concept kitchen includes a functional breakfast counter ideal for event flow. At the heart of the social experience, the dining area is centered around an elegant sculptural bench and table. To balance lively gatherings with quiet relaxation, the layout incorporates dedicated zones for television and yoga.

For this project, we leaned into a tactile palette—think natural stone, rich woods, and layered fabrics. We wanted the earthy tones and soft, ambient lighting to create a consistent atmosphere of composure. It’s quiet, it’s grounded, and it’s patiently waiting for the family to fill it with laughter.
