The design showcases bold contemporary massing, highlighted by a signature cylindrical architectural element that establishes a strong visual identity and grandeur.

The residence is thoughtfully planned with seamless indoor–outdoor connectivity, double-height entrance volumes, expansive glazing for abundant natural light, and curated landscape integration. The luxury pool frontage and private outdoor lounging spaces enhance resort-style living, while layered façade lighting and a refined material palette of stone, glass, and textured finishes add depth and sophistication.

The building features a contemporary modern façade characterized by strong horizontal massing and clean, minimalist geometry. The composition is formed through layered volumes and cantilevered slabs, which create depth, visual interest, and a sense of floating planes. The overall massing is balanced and asymmetrical, giving the structure a dynamic yet harmonious appearance.
The façade material palette consists of light-toned stone or textured concrete surfaces, warm wood-finished soffits, and extensive glazing. This combination establishes a refined contrast between solid and transparent elements, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functional performance. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels promote maximum natural daylight, visual transparency, and seamless indoor–outdoor connectivity.
Architecturally, the design follows modernist principles—simplicity of form, clarity of structure, and absence of excessive ornamentation. Deep roof overhangs and projecting balconies act as passive shading devices, improving thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Vertical elements and double-height spaces introduce hierarchy and break the horizontal monotony of the façade.
The integration of landscape, planters, and water features adds a biophilic layer, softening the rigid geometry and reinforcing the luxury character of the residence. Clean cuboid forms express clarity and order, while recessed volumes and projecting frames create depth, shade, and visual rhythm. The contrast between light textured surfaces and warm brick elements adds richness without excess.
Large glazed openings promote daylight, transparency, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection, while balconies and green pockets soften the mass and enhance sustainability. This farmhouse project showcases a modern two-story concrete residence with a minimalist aesthetic. The structure features large rectangular volumes, raw concrete walls, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows that inundate the interior with natural light. Concrete is the primary material, complemented by warm wooden accents in the interior and upper floor ceiling. The interior spaces, including a dining area and kitchen with wooden cabinetry, are visible through the glass walls. The design seamlessly merges brutalist architecture with biophilic elements, incorporating nature into a robust geometric form. Design conceptualization was handled by KAD_DESIGN_STUDIO, while interior design was overseen by INSPIRE DESIGN.
