KAARU is looking out for a fun, passionate & motivated team player who is ready for fresh challenges in design innovation.

The ideal candidate should be a student architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD and Sketchup. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely ex*****on.

Responsibilities
1, Take instructions from Project Architects and/or Directors.
2, Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project
3, Communicate effectively with client & team in order to address client's needs.
4, Prepare concepts, presentations, working drawings and 3d views with the team for client's review.
5, Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards
6, Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process
7, Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications
1, On-going or completed education in Architecture
2, Strong creative, communication and presentation skills
3, Passion for thoughtful design
4, Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup & Photoshop
5, Design sensitivity, Multi-tasking abilities and hardworking attitude

The most challenging part of any design will probably be to project how kids interface with the end-product.
While designing Atithi, team team had gone through a number of such possibilities and now seeing that happen with the installation is a joyful experience.
