இந்தியாவில் முதன் முறையாக அரிய வகை நறுமணத் தென்னை( குட்டை வகை).

ஒரு அயல்நாட்டு வகையான நறுமணம் உள்ள தென்னங்கன்றுகள் முதன்முறையாக பழனி, ஓம்காரா வேளாண் பண்ணையில் மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும்.
1. தரமான பராமரிப்பின் கீழ் வருடத்திற்கு 17 மலர் கொத்துகளில் (பாளைகளில்) ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு 350 தேங்காய்கள் வரை கிடைக்கும்.
2. ஒரு இளநீர் தேங்காயில் 500 முதல் 750 மில்லி லிட்டர் நறுமண இளநீர் சாறு கிடைக்கும்.
3. மரத்திற்கு மரம் 22 x 22 அடி இடைவெளி போதுமானது. நிலத்தின் வடிவத்தைப் பொறுத்து ஏக்கருக்கு 90 கன்றுகள் வரை நடவு செய்யலாம்.
4. நடவு செய்த நாளிலிருந்து (ஆறு மாத கன்றுகள்) இரண்டரை வருடங்களில் மகசூலைத் தொடங்குகின்றன.
5. நன்கு முதிர்ச்சியடைந்த , முளைப்புத்திறன் உடைய காய்கள் மாசுபடாமல், சேதமடையாமல், கவனமாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுக் கன்றுகள் உருவாக்கப்படுகின்றன.
6. பண்ணையிலிருந்து விற்பனை செய்யப்படும் கன்றுகளின் தரமான பண்புகளைப் பராமரிக்க, பல நிலைகளில் தரக் கட்டுப்பாட்டு முறைகள் நடைமுறையில் பின்பற்றப்படுகின்றன.
7. இந்தியா முழுவதும் கூரியர் மூலம் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.

Aromatic coconuts are known for their unique "aromatic" flavor in both water and the delicious sweet pulp, adding a whole new level of freshness to the tender coconut experience.

1) up to 17 Flower Spathes per year and 350 coconuts per tree per year can be expected under reasonable management .
2) 400–750 ml of aromatic sweet coconut juice depending on the number of coconuts per bunch. Brix of 7%–10%+.
3) Planting can be done at the interval of 22 x 22 ft and can hold more than 80 plants per acre, depending on the shape of the field.
4) The planted trees start bearing fruits from 2.5 years from the date of planting.
5) Well matured fruits are carefully handpicked without damage to achieve good germination without contamination.
