Nirvriti is a single-storey traditional home inspired by temple surroundings and the cultural values of a Brahmin family. Designed as a quiet return to roots, the house reflects ritual, simplicity, and regional character. The architecture draws from Kerala’s vernacular style, featuring a sloping tiled roof, laterite-textured walls, stone pillars, and a calm earth-toned palette. A dedicated kolam space at the entrance and a carved wooden door with brass details create a meaningful and heritage-led entry sequence.
Inside, spaces are warm and rooted in tradition. The dining area acts as a cultural heart with textured walls, traditional shelves, and a simple seating layout that encourages togetherness. The master bedroom is designed as a calm retreat with natural wood, subtle brass accents, and ethnic fabrics, blending traditional charm with modern simplicity. Overall, Nirvriti is a timeless home that quietly expresses culture, context, and continuity.
