1. Design Head
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Job Description:
-Lead and manage the complete design team
-Concept development, design planning, and ex*****on of interior projects
-Client interaction, presentations, and design approvals
-Coordination with vendors, contractors, and site teams
-Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and design excellence
-Mentor junior designers and maintain design standards
2. Interior Designer
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years
Job Description:
-Develop interior concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
-Prepare 3D views, working drawings, and BOQs
-Coordinate with site teams and vendors during ex*****on
-Attend client meetings and assist in presentations
Ensure design implementation as per approved drawings
3. Business Development Executive
Experience: Prior experience in Interior Design / Construction industry preferred
Job Description:
-Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
-Meet clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with design team
-Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and close deals
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships
-Support marketing initiatives and brand growth
