PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This architectural composition celebrates neoclassical refinement through its harmonious proportions, grand colonnades, and an iconic central dome that anchors the visual identity of the structure. The central dome crowns the composition, serving not only as an architectural focal point but as a symbolic gesture toward openness and elevation. The façade features vertically framed curtain glass modules, ornamental cornices, and sculpted pilasters that create rhythm and balance. At the heart of the complex lies a sculpted pool, lush landscaping, and arched verandas that blend indoor–outdoor living while enhancing natural ventilation and light.

Standing at an expansive 10,000 sq.ft, the Arihant Avanti Palace Sales Office rises as one of Shilphata’s Thane most commanding architectural presences—its vast scale transforming the site into a statement of ambition and establishing it as one of the region’s most distinguished and sophisticated landmarks.”

The reception zone of the Sales Office is conceived as the architectural nucleus of the entire project — a space that defines the first impression while setting the tone for the spatial experience beyond. It serves as both a functional hub and a symbolic gesture of openness, reflecting the brand’s vision of sophistication, transparency, and trust.
The design language draws from principles of proportion, symmetry, and rhythm, creating a space that feels both monumental and inviting. The double-height volume accentuates a sense of grandeur, while the pitched roof geometry and controlled glazing bring in diffused natural light, enriching the spatial ambience throughout the day.
Materiality plays a central role in shaping the sensory character of the space — the warm veneer finishes, neutral-toned marble surfaces, and accent lighting work in harmony to establish a refined palette that balances elegance with restraint. The linear ceiling profiles and central chandelier composition create a vertical axis of focus, guiding the eye upward and reinforcing the architectural rhythm.
Functionally, the layout is organized for clarity and flow. The seating arrangements, circulation paths, and visual sightlines are designed to ensure a seamless transition from the point of entry to consultation zones, promoting both comfort and spatial efficiency. The reception acts as a threshold between public and private zones, maintaining visual openness while subtly defining hierarchy through spatial layering.
