A baker and pastry chef adept at both European and American styles – cheesecakes, pies / quiches and no-bake desserts being some of my areas of expertise – I am also a gourmet chef specializing in Continental, Oriental, Bengali and Mughlai cuisine. A self-made cook, my culinary pursuits date back to my high school days of the 1980s. A method baker by style, I picked up my theory from books some of

which are today referred by culinary schools. I have always got into the science of cooking, experimenting with subtle variations in traditional recipes apart from my own creations. My true testimonial is actually the people who have consumed my fare over the years and one can get a glimpse of the same here and also my Website. Catering not only to individual requirements for everyday / celebratory occasions but also small gatherings typically in South and East Pune, I am now looking at a bigger canvas.
