Maldives is a country of islands with corals, white sand beaches and vegetation. The design reflects all this by putting the building into water body tiled with coral patterns on it. Rough white quartzite stone for porches, sit outs, driveways resembling with white sand beaches. The driveway avenue with palm trees and porch columns in Red sandstone with the pattern resembling coconut palm stem respects the landscape of the country and the emblem tree. White sand stone cladded walls with the hues of sea green glazed handmade tiles for the VIP floor of Chancery building is the respect given to the local coral stone masonry and colours in landscape.

The entrance gateway on axis of Chancery building is on the planning concept of Utheemu palace campus. It creates a ceremonial entry to the arrival court of the Chancery building. The design reflects the cortile planning as seen in Maldivian as well as Indian traditional architecture. The design also respects the economy, art and culture of Maldives by highlighting DHONI shaped exposed concrete roof over the Chancery building creating volume for VIP area.

The building stands iconic reflecting Maldivian Economy, art, culture and Landscape creating corporate ambience to the indoor spaces.

The proposed school for girls coming up at Katraj, Pune.
The school enjoys open spaces at various levels in the form of courtyards, amhitheatre, terraces, supporting the concept of learning while playing.
The built spaces are connected with the outdoors through verandahs for each classroom at lower level which further connects to the playground with continuous steps resembling "Ghats"

A competition to design "The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Centre for Social Justice".

We participated few years back and were shortlisted but the authorities executed some other design.

The site was adjacent to Meridian Hotel near Rajpath, New Delhi.

The building was to be designed keeping all the principles of lutyens architecture.
The proportions were drawn from Rashtrapati Bhavan, North and South block. The building takes in the existing trees with the central open space as an amphitheatre giving freedom of expression to the citizens of this country, with a pergola having quotes of Dr. Ambedkar coming down in sciography.
The amphitheatre is highlighted with "Medhi" instead of a typical dome to avoid the conflict of skyline.

EDP block, NIBM.
Accommodation facility with Seminar hall and dining for Bank executives and dignitaries visiting.
The new block carries the same vertical grid and facade composition with the glass curtain wall for the foyar to respect the existing building designed by the master architect.

Student's Hostel at NIBM.

The Master has demonstrated how the interesting masses can be created by the play of architectural module.

Proposed development in NIBM campus Pune, 2.25 L sq ft construction area which has academic block, EDP Hostel, Student's Hostel and Cafeteria.

It was an experience to unlearn and learn again from the master his architectural vocabulary, composition, language and grammar.

The academic block is flanged on both sides of Avenue of bottle palm trees which connects the the existing academic Block with the dining area. These bottle palms are 30 years old having an emotional connect with everyone on campus. They become the integral part of the proposed academic block.
