A home that doesn’t just sit within nature — but lives with it. 🌿

For this proposed bungalow, we wanted nature to become an integral part of everyday living rather than something experienced only through a window.

At the heart of the planning, we’ve introduced a Biophilic Courtyard — a green, breathing core around which the home unfolds.

The idea is simple: bring natural light, fresh air, greenery and a sense of openness deep into the house, while creating visual connections with nature from the surrounding living spaces.

More than an aesthetic feature, the courtyard becomes a place to pause, breathe and reconnect — changing with the sunlight, seasons and time of day.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful luxury in a home is simply light, air, green and quiet.

Every home has a story. This one began with a challenge.

Our clients wanted a complete transformation, but with one major condition—we had to work within the existing ceiling, lighting layout, and service lines. Instead of starting from scratch, we chose to design intelligently around these constraints, proving that thoughtful design is often more powerful than demolition.

One of the highlights of this renovation is the use of Metallic Liquid Finish, adding depth, character, and a luxurious handcrafted texture that changes beautifully with light throughout the day.

This home is a reminder that great design isn't about removing everything and rebuilding—it's about understanding limitations, respecting budgets, and creating spaces that feel timeless, elegant, and uniquely personal.
