Welcoming Akshay to the Anandam's team as the founding partner!

He has an extensive experience spanning 5+ years working in both the public and private sectors. Having worked at AECOM (World's top third architectural firm), his passion for meticulous designs was translated into billion-dollar iconic projects like Seabird Karwar – Indian Naval Base, Smart cities, IICC, AIIMS Delhi redevelopment, Andaman and Nicobar expansion and many more.

At Studio Symbiosis (A multidisciplinary architectural firm), he was working on Master planning and development of two Smart Railway stations of India (Baiyappanhalli and Gwalior), Ecological Park Delhi.

His Alma Mater is SPA Delhi, one of India's best architecture college from where he pursued his B.Arch.

We are delighted to inform you of completion of the design for another project - a commercial center with a marriage hall in Saharsa.

The facility, in its ground floor, has renting options for an anchor retail outlet with additional showrooms and a banquet hall facing a 7,000 sqft. marriage lawn. The first floor has a multipurpose hall, a conference room and 4 deluxe rooms and 2 suites. And the top floor has a rooftop restaurant with additional rooms and suites. It also has provision for parking in the basement.

We are delighted to inform you of design completion of our first institutional project in Bihar - A 70,000 square feet hotel-cum-banquet hall in central Bihar.

The facility has 45 rooms (with 4 honeymoon suites), a double-height banquet hall, marriage lawns, 2 restaurants, a complete health centre (a swimming pool, separate spa for men and women), Parking facility for 50 cars (including 35 in basement) and a business center (2 conference halls).

Thank you to our client for having faith in us and the courage to award this project to a fledging company.
