1️⃣ The roasting machine is literally 3x her height… but that doesn’t stop her. (It probably makes her laugh.)
2️⃣ Before coffee, she worked with Muzart, crafting crochet pieces with the same patience she now brings to the roaster.
3️⃣ She’ll tell you coffee is all about feel, not just graphs but trust us, she reads those roast curves like a pro.
4️⃣ She’s been part of the 7000 Steps team for 4 whole years and somehow, she still smiles when the first crack hits just right.
