🥣 Ingredients
• 1 cup paneer (small cubes)
• 1 cup sweet corn
• ½ cup chopped capsicum
• ½ cup chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 2 roti / chapati
• 2 tbsp tandoori mayonnaise
• Butter (for toasting)
👩🍳 Steps
एक bowl में paneer, corn, capsicum और tomatoes डालें।
अब इसमें chilli flakes, oregano और tomato sauce डालकर अच्छे से mix करें।
एक roti लें और उस पर tandoori mayonnaise spread करें।
अब paneer corn mixture को roti के आधे हिस्से पर फैलाएं।
रोटी को fold करके taco shape बना लें।
Pan में थोड़ा butter डालकर दोनों sides से crispy होने तक toast करें।
