✨ Singara (Water Chestnut) Flour (just a pinch!)
✨ Salt & Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
✨ Finely chopped green chilies
✨ 1 tbsp Curd (Dahi)
✨Water (to make a flowing batter)
✨ Ghee

Mix, rest for 10 mins, pour on a hot tawa with a little ghee, and cook until golden brown! Serve with spicy thecha or fresh dahi. 🤤
