This 7ft x 7ft Lippan art wall installation now beautifully adorns the entrance of my client’s home.
Since we had a wall edge to work with, I designed a semi-circular mandala that gracefully transitions into a butti pattern, creating perfect visual balance.
Crafted meticulously on two MDF boards joined seamlessly, this grand piece adds a touch of royal charm to the home’s entryway.
And just look at those mirror reflections dancing on the floor — a true play of light and art! ✨

Radha Krishna
In my last post, I wrote about how art must keep evolving.
Here’s another glimpse of that journey — a beautiful yet slightly contemporary rendition of Radha-Krishna, dancing gracefully in the moonlight.
Traditionally, Radha and Krishna are shown in very ornate, detailed forms. Here, I’ve chosen a minimal yet vibrant approach — keeping the essence of devotion alive, while giving it a modern design language that fits seamlessly into today’s interiors.
The circular form symbolizes wholeness and eternity, while the colors bring out both divinity and celebration. Installed on a wall, it transforms the space into a blend of art, culture, and contemporary elegance.
A piece that is at once timeless and modern.

🎭✨ An artist must keep experimenting — that’s how art evolves. When I was asked to make a Kathakali mask, I gave it a 3D twist instead of the usual flat style.
Using 3 layers of MDF and sculpted Lippan clay for the nose, eyebrows, and lips, the mask has come alive with depth and detail.
The result? A striking, life-like Kathakali mask that feels truly unique. 🌟
