Architectural conversion of an existing G+1 residential bungalow at Thanjavur Mariamman Kovil Site into a G+2 lodging hotel, Designed without altering the original design language.
The project focuses on retaining the building’s core architectural character while integrating a new additional floor and upgrading it to meet contemporary hospitality standards.

A careful balance of preservation and enhancement—respecting the structure’s identity while redefining its purpose.

✨ A New Beginning at Aiman College ✨

The journey of the Aiman College Masjid commenced with the Qibla direction marking ceremony, a meaningful first step in shaping this sacred space.

Designed as a 3000 sq.ft. prayer hall, the masjid features semi-open wings on both sides that extend for prayers after sunset, while also serving as spaces for rest and discussion after college hours. The neutral material palette and carefully proportioned Islamic arches create a serene environment rooted in simplicity.

This masjid will provide a dedicated spiritual space for students, especially during Ramzan Taraweeh prayers, fostering calmness, reflection, and community within the hostel life of Aiman College.

We Are incredibly delighted to share a milestone in our architectural journey — *Designing a full-fledged CBSE school from the ground up.*

Presenting our Proposal for Upcoming CBSE school project at Thittai, near Thanjavur — thoughtfully planned across 6 acres land to combine function, climate sensitivity, and modern design.

From staggered jaali patterns for natural light and ventilation , to a central ramped axis ensuring inclusive access, each element supports a meaningful learning environment.

The double-height entrance court serves as a visual anchor for students, while the starlit perforations offer diffused sunlight and shadows that changes with Time.

The elevation is functionally ventilated and visually layered, seamlessly blending light, privacy, and texture. The rhythmic facade, generous landscape buffers, and shaded circulation spaces all reflect our commitment to creating architecture that is both inspiring and purposeful.
