Six 1BHK apartments constructed as a turn key project and handed over to another one of our happy clients. Each apartment is 650sqft complete with a wardrobe, attic, sitout, utility, solar water heater and gas lines. Client's intent is to rent out each apartment and amenities are provided accordingly.

This picture shows a jack-up rig drilling new wells / maintaining existing wells on a fixed welhead platform seen in Yellow & green on the extreme left of the picture.
This is called a jack-up rig because it can raise or lower itself from/onto the water surface using a rack & pinion arrangement on its legs. It floats like a ship when moving between drilling locations and behaves like a fixed structure while drilling. A very special type of structure indeed.

An old (1980's) residential building was renovated to a commercial establishment. The building being a load bearing construction and occupied in the first floor by SBI, was provided with MS girders to create openings for the provision of 6 shops and 1 residence in the ground floor. The entire first floor was refurbished with new flooring, false ceiling, electrification and painting over two weekends, to cause minimum disruption to the operations of the bank.

Cellar + G + 3 building constructed on a tank bed in Sira. Tank bed gets seepage from an upstream pond during monsoons. Cellar / basement was provided with a water resistant lining and WMM base before beginning the construction. Also concrete bracing system was adopted to support the 4.5m cantilever at each floor.

An 3600 sqft open plan commercial space in a prime location of Tumkur, designed and built in a very short span of time, a PEB structure with an effective weight of 2.8kg/sqft, this project was spearheaded by ADC team.

A transformation from the 80's look to a modern contemporary look and an innovative interior to change a single storey residence into a duplex residence for our client. This home got a complete makeover with concepts created for the repurposed building.

A turnkey project of a commercial building in Tumkur was completed in the pre-COVID era. A small corner building with a space challenge thrown at us. The building is located in a very busy area cramped for space. ADC team took up the challenge and completed the building in record time with immaculate quality exceeding everyone's expectations. Building is designed with 150mm thick beams and columns so that all structure is concealed with in building walls.

A 3 bedroom duplex south facing home with a single bedroom house and car parking in the ground floor built in Yellapura. Pictures of this house speak more than words... This house looks much better at night lit up in glory..
