Renovation of this residence included demolishing load bearing walls,introducing columns and beams to support the first floor load. It was a complex project worked in phases with introduction of a small courtyard in the interiors. A bedroom was opened up to make a tv room which also allowed for ample natural light to enter the house and cross ventilation to occur.

Designed and executed the very ambient Salon and spa at Maryhill in Mangalore a couple of months ago. The salon franchise is known for providing extraordinary face and hair care services and has already built up quite a high end clientele for itself. The brief was to provide an elegant space for the clients to unwind within the regulations of the franchise theme. Was 45 days of fun and frolic! Couldn't have made it through without the efforts of the very amazing and hard working ._.peres !

Form development in Alchemy takes time and effort. A buildings lifespan is around 30 odd years in this age. How many things do you own which lasts 30 years?? To design something with value that'll last this long please make sure you give your architect time to design it well.

2.5 bedroom farmhouse designed for a farm in Mulky. Large stabilised rammed earth walls along with Compressed stabilised earth blocks give an earthy tone to this building in line with its surroundings...
