CHHAJJA WATERPROOFING
Following is the video of a successfully waterproofed Chhajja of our recently completed project . There are 3 main stages in this waterproofing work
1) Cleaning the surface with water and wire brush and then Opening of the cracks with cutter machine in 'V' shape so that the crack filler can reach in the deep end of the cracks.
2) Filling up the cracks using a waterproof paste made of Crack filling powder and waterproof chemical.
3) Applying 2 coats of Waterproof Paint (without dilution) over the complete chhajja.

CUSTOMIZED SHED WORK using POLYCARBONATE SHEETS:
In this project light weight but high strength GI & MS pipes were used to fabricate a firm structure with the help of nut bolts and welding mainly. Then Polycarbonate sheets were fixed which are also light weight, rust free and also give a good aesthetic look compared other roofing material. Aluminum panels were used between joints of consecutive sheets. These joints were later sealed and waterproofed with the help of silicone sealant.

EXTERNAL WALL CLEANING USING HIGH PRESSURE WATER JET AND WIRE BRUSH --- By UNIROOF ENTERPRISES.
Proper cleaning of the external wall surface is as important as the later treatment process. After a period of time the external wall develops a layer of dust and after monsoon it might also develop a layer of fungus. Hence before the repairing process begins it is very much necessary to properly clean the surface in order to make it dust-free, fungus-free and completely dry. This increases adhesive quality between the wall and the paint/chemical.
