DDK Hotel — a 4 star hotel situated in Duhok in Anwar mayi street, 3.7 km from the center of the city, DDK Hotel features a view of the garden. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service. The accommodation features a shared lounge, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests.

It consists of 7 floors with rooms which vary from 2 master rooms, 38 rooms with an area of 31m² and 52 rooms with an area of 20m².

The Designing and implementation of the new landmark of restaurants in Duhok: DDK

It took a great deal of time to work on this project and get an amazing result, the work has been done in a beautiful , accurate way!

The goal was to turn what you see on screen into reality, for the first time, green plants have been used intensely, mixed with the colour black, giving an endlessly beautiful mood for DDK’s costumers, as for the dining tables and chairs, we went with a choice of dark colours that add another beauty to the restaurant’s vibes, plus black and white portraits frames were used on the black walls, which gave an additional beauty to the restaurant's design.

The fast food industry has evolved into a dominant force in the restaurant business. Fast food brands today aim to attract customers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, attempting to close the gap between casual fast food dining and fine dining. In this modern fast food restaurant, interior design, vivid colors, efficient circulation, and an uncluttered layout all serve to encourage customers to enjoy a sit-down meal in a bright, spacious and airy interior space.

This modern fast food restaurant has a unique and refreshing take on fast food interior décor. Bright, fresh and attractive, the restaurant is spacious and inviting. The basic color palette is a combination of white, black and red; the red accents give the restaurant its hip, funky vibe. Unlike traditional fast food restaurants, tables are not crowded together and patrons are encouraged to sit and enjoy their meals.

Cheerful, comfortable, and welcoming, coffee houses are designed to invite customers to sample their artisan coffees while enjoying good conversation. They focus on serving specialty teas and coffees, which are complemented by assorted pastries and a crafted food selection.

Au Lait Cafe in French Village Residence based in Duhok city, is one such industrial design cafe with a warm, relaxing ambience.
Comfortable seating, well-lit interiors, and bright colors are used to encourage customers to stay and enjoy their coffee. The modern industrial vibe is trendy and appeals to the younger generation. It gives the industrial coffee house design a distinct contemporary edge.

The moss color palette is punctuated with pops of bright green accents that give the interior a refreshingly energetic vibe. Wood and metal elements combine to give the coffee house a modern industrial flavor. This industrial coffee house design centers around customer conversation and interaction. A large floor-to-ceiling window wall at the front of the space filters light through to the interior. Perforated metal screens also help light to travel through to the rear of the space. The high ceilings magnify the feeling of spaciousness.

Comfortable chairs, sofa seats, and bar stools give customers a variety of seating options. Playful wall art and chalk drawings on the chalkboard create an informal, relaxed atmosphere.

Colorful chairs can really give a nice edge to the ambiace, and the contract between the supposed fabric and the metal chairs make the palette even more attractive and urban. Greens, blues and orange can be playfull and still, based on contemporary inspiration.

is located at the intersection of two of Duhok's most famous streets. Shahan Tower — is Duhok's tallest tower, offering a new mixed-use urban experience. This tower includes an integrated, stacked microcosm of uses and joins multifamily, office, and luxury retail space. It not only transforms the city's skyline, but the experience for building and Duhok residents at the street level. The Duhok view corridor influences the tower's shape, including the outdoor amenities that take in the view of duhok's mountains. At every change of the program stack, the building terraces move back in response to program and massing, providing transformative outdoor spaces for the offices and residences.
