▪️برج مسکونی میان
در ادامهٔ روند طراحی، با هدف ارتقای کیفی فضا و دستیابی به انعطافپذیری در عملکرد، به سراغ نگاه لویی کان در معماری رفتیم .از لنز نگاه لویی کان به معماری فضاها به دو دستهٔ «خدماتدهنده» و «گیرنده» تفکیک می شوند. این رویکرد نهتنها به ساختمان، ساختاری منطقی و قابل درک بخشید، بلکه با متمرکز کردن عناصر پشتیبانی در بخشی از حجم بنا، امکان کشف ظرفیت های تازه در زندگی روزمره و انعطاف بیشتردر فضاهای اصلی و گیرنده فراهم کرد. در نهایت، این تمهید باعث شد فضاهای زندگی از هرگونه تداخل عملکردی مصون بمانند و خلوص و کیفیت تجربهٔ سکونت در آنها به بالاترین حد ممکن برسد.

▪️In-Between Residential Project
In the continuation of the design process, and with the aim of enhancing spatial quality and achieving flexibility in function, we turned to Louis Kahn’s perspective on architecture. From Kahn’s lens, spaces are divided into two categories: “servant” and “served.” This approach not only endowed the building with a logical and comprehensible structure, but also, by concentrating the supporting elements within a specific part of the volume, opened up new potentials in everyday life and allowed for greater flexibility in the primary, served spaces. Ultimately, this strategy ensured that the living areas remained free from functional interference, elevating the purity and quality of the dwelling experience to its fullest extent.
