Nascosta tra le dolci colline di Torri del Benaco si trova Villa Dipinto, un capolavoro architettonico moderno concepito come una galleria vivente.
La sfida di questo progetto è stata trasformare la casa e il contesto circostante in qualcosa di nuovo e contemporaneo.

Villa Dipinto è un luogo dove lusso e natura si fondono armoniosamente – un rifugio per chi desidera vivere all’interno di una vera opera d’arte, una sinfonia tra paesaggio e architettura. 🎨🌿

Versteckt zwischen den sanften Hügeln von Torri del Benaco liegt die Villa Dipinto, ein modernes architektonisches Meisterwerk, das als lebendige Galerie konzipiert ist.
Die Herausforderung dieses Projekts bestand darin, das Haus und die Umgebung in etwas Neues und Zeitgemäßes zu transformieren.

Villa Dipinto ist ein Ort, an dem Luxus und Natur harmonisch miteinander verschmelzen – ein Rückzugsort für diejenigen, die inmitten eines lebendigen Kunstwerks leben möchten, einer Symphonie aus Landschaft und Architektur. 🎨🌿

Architektur, die zuhört.
 
Als wir mit der Planung von Chalet Pescol begannen, war der Wunsch der Bauherren klar: Ein Zuhause in Alta Badia zu schaffen, das nicht wie ein Fremdkörper wirkt, sondern wie ein langjähriger Nachbar.
In einem ladinischen Weiler zu bauen bedeutet, Verantwortung gegenüber der Geschichte des Ortes zu übernehmen. Das Ergebnis? Ein schlüsselfertiges Neubau-Chalet, das sich so selbstverständlich in die Umgebung einfügt, als stünde es schon immer dort.
 
Die Details: Ein klassisches Satteldach mit handgefertigten Holzschindeln.
Die Materialität: Ein Zusammenspiel aus traditionellem Putz und charakterstarkem Altholz.
Der Fokus: Ruhige Proportionen statt lauter Gesten.
 
Ein modernes Zuhause, das seine Qualität aus der respektvollen Integration in den Kontext schöpft. Willkommen daheim, Chalet Pescol.
