A glimpse into the process — today’s site visit included finalizing our material moodboard for a project rooted in the raw beauty of industrial design.
Concrete, oxidized metals, brushed steel, and untreated timber come together in a tactile dialogue of texture and tone. Each element was chosen to highlight authenticity, durability, and a timeless aesthetic.
This is where concept meets construction — directly on the ground, where the material story begins.

Villa DF maquette.

We are pleased to show the study maquette for our latest project of a single-family villa located in the venetian countryside. The property features a brick facade that develops around a patio and with a perspective that culminates in the pool’s water mirror, offering an ideal setting for relaxation and social gatherings. This project represents a harmonious blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern design, set amidst natural surroundings to create a unique living experience. Stay tuned for further details.

Our latest project in Milan finally online.

BOX IN BOX – A Dialogue Between Eras

In the heart of Milan, we reimagined a 20th-century apartment through a project defined by contrast and cohesion.

Located in Viale Beatrice d’Este, the 80 sqm pied-à-terre preserves the charm of the original layout — high ceilings, herringbone oak floors, and restored fixtures — while introducing a striking contemporary core: a freestanding satin-metal box housing kitchen and bathroom functions.

This dual architectural language gives life to a space where elegance and minimalism, vintage warmth and modern precision coexist in perfect balance.

Every detail, from the bespoke terrazzo in the bathroom to the bold color accents and custom furnishings, reflects a deeply personal, carefully crafted vision.

Acquevenete headquarters maquette.

Here’s a study model for the project of redevelopment of the new headquarters.
The project involves a targeted intervention to the urban regeneration of a central section of the
city of Rovigo through the construction of a new office building and the recovery of a
piezometric tower, its cisterns and the surrounding park that will find new life becoming a
multimedia museum, multifunctional space and conference halls.

A new exciting project that breathes new life into a ‘60s building nestled in the heart of the Veneto countryside. Our design focuses on revitalizing the original structure by removing the layers of time and enhancing the volumes with the timeless elegance of brick. The extension serves as a connector between the existing buildings, bringing harmony and structure to the overall composition. A perfect blend of past and present.

Casa ZT is finally online.

A renewing project for a small apartment on the top floor of Palazzo Zorzi Bon, a stunning 14th-century Gothic building in Venice. Just steps away from Santa Maria Formosa and Scarpa’s masterpiece at the Querini Stampalia Foundation, this elevated space offers breathtaking 360° views over the city’s rooftops.
Our design intervention focused on refurbishing the top-floor extension, transforming it into a refined and welcoming pied-à-terre. With a light and respectful touch, we embraced the existing layout, enhancing the natural light and framing the city’s stunning views like vedutista paintings.
The interiors balance minimalism and warmth, enriched by bespoke furniture, modern design icons, and the owners’ art collection. A carefully curated color palette—inspired by Venice and Scarpa’s Chinese vases—adds depth and vibrancy, while matte linoleum surfaces subtly absorb reflections, keeping the focus on the ever-changing light.
A project that respects history while embracing contemporary living.
