A simple shaped volume and contained measures, set inside a block in the Campo di Marte area, is the new headquarters for Saga Architettura & Design. Characterized by a diversified use of the surfaces, both indoor and outdoor, highlighted by vertical strips of light the new site hosts offices, meeting rooms, lounge area, copy and printing room, two outdoor areas, one of which is overlooked by two spaces: the archive and the laboratory. The goal of the project has been to create an environment that could be relaxing and stimulating for the users and surprising and unexpected for the visitors, as to show the firm's creative capability of shaping pleasant spaces and environments. For the indoor the costume made furniture in BauBache laminated veneer lumber are characterized by simple and firm lines, such as the geometric and minimal LED luminaire.

ENTRANCE HALL CONFERENCE ROOM

The intervention belongs to the renewal of the portion of the historical site of Menarini Farmaceutica that hosts the entrance hall and the lounge area of the company. The goal was to rearrange the spaces with a functionality closer to the current needs of the company. Prompt by a Serena Stone gate, the hall is set as a pure and essential container, clean and uncontaminated, in which the color white is used for the porcelain stoneware, the Corian counter, the plaster on the walls, intrados of every glass window. Similar simplicity, but with firmness, is chosen for the conference rooms that become flexible and adjustable through sliding panels, but still elegant and refined thanks to the Alcantara wall upholstery.

“RENESSANS” ART GALLERY

“Renessans” Art Gallery is located in XIII century building, between Palazzo Bargello and Santa Croce Square, in the Florentine historical center. The design intent is to give a contemporary nature to the interior design, standing in strong contrast, and yet perfect integration, with the historical importance of the building and the city center. In fact we find marble floors, white plastered walls, frescoed vaults, metallic parapets in anthracite iron, stairs made of structural glass and Serena Stone- covered steps. This are the architectural elements that, in a harmonious contrast, define the chosen finishes, materials and colors.

MENARINI BABY

Menarini Baby is the name of the company kindergarten that was made possible thanks to the commitment of Menarini Farmaceutica that decided to invest in this important project to support the exigences of the Company's employers, offering them more quality services for children care.
The structure, planned inside the headquarters's building, has been design on a 600 sqm wide area, 120 sqm of which are covered with natural grass on the outdoor.
The project is design to stimulate the interaction between the child and the surrounding space with a vision based on the sensoriality: colors, shapes and surfaces, together with selected construction and finishes materials for both interior and exterior, allowed the improvement of the living comfort. Besides, a high living standard has been reached thanks to the choice of innovative heating and cooling systems as well as seismic safety.

Un volume di forma semplice e dimensioni contenute, interno all'isolato nel quartiere di Campo di Marte, è la nuova sede di Saga Architettura & Design. Caratterizzato da un uso diversificato delle superfici, sia interne che esterne, accentuate da nastri di luce verticali, la nuova sede ospita stanze studio, sala riunioni, sala offset, area break e due aree esterne, su una delle quali si affacciano l'archivio e un laboratorio. L'obiettivo del progetto è stato quello di creare un ambiente che fosse rilassante e stimolante per gli utenti e sorprendente e d'effetto per i visitatori, a dimostrazione dell'abilità creativa dello Studio a creare ambienti e spazi piacevoli. Al suo interno gli arredi in legno microlamellare BauBuche realizzati su misura sono caratterizzati da linee semplici e decise, così come altrettanto geometrici ed essenziali sono tutti gli apparecchi illuminanti completamente a led.

HALL E SALE CONFERENZE

L'intervento rientra nel restyling della porzione di immobile sede storica della Menarini Farmaceutica che ospita la hall di ingresso e l'area salottini della società, al fine di riorganizzare gli spazi secondo una funzionalità più vicina alle esigenze odierne dell'azienda. Anticipata da un grande portale in pietra serena, la hall si presenta come un contenitore puro ed essenziale, pulito ed incontaminato in cui bianco è il pavimento in gres porcellanato, bianco è il bancone in corian, bianco è l'intonaco alle pareti e bianche sono le imbotti in vetro di tutte le aperture. Altrettanto semplici ma decisi sono i caratteri delle sale conferenze, rese modulabili e flessibili planimetricamente tramite pannelli scorrevoli e ricercate ed eleganti grazie al rivestimento in Alcantara delle pareti.

GALLERIA D'ARTE “RENESSANS”

La Galleria d'arte “Renessans” si inserisce all'interno di un edificio del XIII secolo, tra Palazzo Bargello e Piazza Santa Croce, nel centro storico di Firenze. L'intenzione progettuale ha voluto dare un carattere contemporaneo al progetto degli interni, ponendosi in netto contrasto ma in integrazione perfetta, con la storicità dell'edificio e del centro di Firenze. Di fatti, pavimenti in marmo e pareti intonacate bianche, volte affrescate e parapetti metallici in ferro antracite, rampe in vetro strutturale e gradini di pietra serena, sono gli elementi architettonici che in armonioso contrasto hanno definito finiture, materiali e colori utilizzati.

Menarini Baby, è il nome dell'asilo nido aziendale nato grazie all’impegno della Menarini Farmaceutica che ha deciso di investire in questo grande progetto per sostenere le esigenze dei dipendenti dell’Azienda, offrendo loro maggiori servizi di qualità per l’infanzia.
La struttura, disegnata all'interno del complesso immobiliare sede della società, è stata progettata su un'area totale di circa 600 mq di cui 120 mq di superficie esterna con prato naturale. Il progetto è pensato per stimolare l'interazione del bambino con lo spazio che lo circonda secondo una visione basata sulla sensorialità: colori, forme e superfici, unitamente ai materiali da costruzione e di finitura scelti sia interni che esterni hanno permesso di raggiungere elevati livelli in termini di comfort abitativo, grazie oltretutto all'utilizzo innovativi sistemi di climatizzazione sia invernale che estiva, che di sicurezza antisismica.
