Project: Bottega17 & Planum S.R.L.

Very pleased and happy with the project collaboration with our friends Planum. The design of the new bridge takes into account the high landscape quality of the neighboring context and the architectural value of the existing Buriano Bridge.
For this purpose, the design intent was to reinterpret the measure of the existing bridge span by streamlining and lightening it, creating an innovative and elegant linear element that goes beyond the Arno without hindering its course with piles in the riverbed.

Our design proposal aims to enhance this central and crucial area of Livorno, interpreting the architectural, historical and social values of the construction, and the existing urban relations, in a contemporary design that is the result of the contamination of time and with the rooted essence of the city. The new public spaces aim to be places where you can experience the street, with new seats and green areas, increasing the areas for sharing and where you can enjoy a new offer of services.

Following the natural orography of the lot our project want to create a semi-underground structure in order to favor the correct insertion into the landscape. The structure therefore aims to play a central role in the city, of aggregation and attraction, but at the same time it wants to be part of a system of functions to be developed in the near future. For this reason, a cut has been created, an opening inside the lot that will allow the connection with the New School Center to the south, and with Piazza L. Dari to the north, conceptually dividing the political-administrative area from the one dedicated to the municipal offices.

Our proposal for the new Cultural Center of Tormarancia wants to be an opportunity for rebirth and aggregation for the entire neighborhood. The analyzes of the urban context and the environmental system have suggested the guiding principles underlying the design. The aim of the architectural intervention is to be in continuity with the green system that, starting from the Tor Marancia Park, spreads throughout the urbanized area.

The project for the new headquarters of Sistema Ambiente S.p.A. stems from the desire to give shape to the corporate identity and to communicate the image of sustainability and attention to the environmental issues of the operating group in a clear and effective way. The goal is to enhance the area with a new easily recognizable landmark.

Bottega17 parteciperà al workshop "Bucine Rigenera : workshop di Rigenerazione Urbana", un evento organizzato nel cuore della e che darà la possibilità ai partecipanti di sviluppare un progetto di rigenerazione urbana per promuovere il al di fuori dei suoi confini geografici.

Fortemente voluto da Bottega 17, MOLTO e OKS Architetti, il workshop si terrà a Bucine (Arezzo) dal 28 al 31 ottobre 2021 e sarà l'occasione per confrontarsi con professionisti del settore, giovani appassionati e brillanti studenti, creare momenti di formazione, networking e per approfondire il tema della urbana partecipando a lectures.

Bottega17, OKS Architetti e Chiara Marchionni rivestiranno la posizione di comitato scientifico.
Gli ospiti saranno Gianluca Peluffo (Peluffo&Partners), Fabrizio Bernini e Luigi Prestinenza Puglisi mentre Studio Elemento e Studio Vezzosi ricopriranno la figura di tutor.

Our proposal for "Ex Priorato Saint-Bènin" takes place after a historical morphological analysis of the entire complex. Respect and courage were the two principles behind the project. Courage through the use of sustainable materials that interact with existing structures and clearly distinguish themselves from a linguistic point of view, connoting a clear contrast between pre-existence and addition.

Teatro Sant' Orsola - Chiari (BS)
3rd Prize 🥉

Project: Bottega17 + Operating studio

Honored to announce that our Design Proposal has won the 3rd Prize in the Architectural Competition for the urban regeneration of the former Sant'Orsola Theater (BS). The reconstruction aims to safeguard the morphology of the historical fabric maintaining the old perimeter of the building. The new Theater intends to be a cultural place of primary importance for the city, increasing its architectural value and becoming an identity element with a high symbolic and social value.

The client contacted us for the renovation of his single-family home. The project that involves a volumetric expansion focuses on a fresh, colorful and youthful look. the living space is characterized by colored arches that give dynamism to the entire villa. Attractive and modern choices placed next to a house with typical Tuscan characters.

Are present: team lab that deals with architectural design competitions and public projects, set_designers who works on private renovation projects and interior design, Simplybonus that deals on the various phases of construction sites 110% for the energy improvement of buildings.

AFC_2 Apartment

Project: Bottega17 +

The apartments in question have been obtained from a subdivision of a house located near Via Cadorna, Florence. They have been refurbished with a fresh look featuring modern finishes and warm tones. The intervention made it possible to create two apartments with a fresh and dynamic character using natural materials such as wood, which is repeated in various environments. Both apartments are characterized by vintage furniture elements that interact best with the most modern finishes.
