On site Progress - the new Kindergarten in Porto Mantovano.

A building conceived as an immersive volume that creates a close relationship between educational spaces and the surrounding landscape. Not a close building, but an instrument that educates through experience - a community hub that links the school to the city.

Construction began on the Casa della Cultura in Rieti - The project involves the regeneration of a portion of the former industrial area of Rieti, which will become "Parco della Musica".

The Park was conceived as a reconnection with the adjacent urban context, freeing and reshaping the space to reverse the relationship between open and built-up areas. The Theatre will become a dynamic hub, connecting the City and the Park. Permeability along the connecting axis is enhanced by the movement of the Theatre’s façade and by the opening of the stage toward the Cavea, immersed in the park.
