Yapa’s material clarity comes from a dialogue between the brutal and the organic. Hand-applied clay plaster brings warmth and softness; split-face stone introduces a raw, urban presence; carved timber settles the balance between the two. The palette is restrained but progressive — quiet brutalism held in tension with human warmth. Material honesty as spatial language.

At Yapa, spatial rhythm begins at the bar. The new programme shapes a fluid movement through the space — a gentle drift between moments of pause, conversation and dining. The atmosphere remains intimate, but with a new openness that feels socially generous and progressively contemporary.

Through a reimagined choreography of arrival, we transformed the guest experience, creating an architectural prelude that sets the stage for the inner experience.

The grand timber door serves a dual purpose: an entryway and an invitation, revealing a tranquil oasis set to the breathtaking backdrop of the Aegean Sea.
