REN_Sony Esquisse

Made with recycled Sony OBM compressed wood, this modular interior furniture allows for flexible configuration and connection of its elements for seating, conversation, space partitioning, relaxation, and connection within an interior space. From OBM compressed material sheets, while pursuing the beauty and potential of OBM, pieces sized for practical molding are curved following the same radius, and the modular elements are connected using O-shaped joints. While taking advantage of the material’s firm, heavy, and structural texture, it also expresses softness and approachability. Its diverse possibilities include interior partitioning to create privacy, a social space that encourages lively conversation among friends, or an independent, relaxing spot for personal rest and comfort.

再生素材である Sony OBMの圧縮材を使用し、インテリア空間の中で、座る、会話する、間仕切る、リラックスする、そして繋がっていくためのエレメントを自在に構成、連続させることができるモジュール・インテリアファニチャーである。OBM圧縮材シートから、OBMの美しさと可能性を追求しながら、無理のない型取りサイズのピースを同じ径にカーブさせ、モジュールエレメントを、O の形のジョイントで繋ぎ合わせている。素材の固く重いストラクチャーのある質感を活かしながらも、柔らかさと親しみやすさを表現している。時には空間を間仕切りプライベートに、時には仲間との会話を弾ませるエンタテイメント空間に、時には独立しリラックスしてくつろぐ空間構成を演出する様々な可能性を持っている。

This rug features two different pile lengths of textiles, woven together in a single piece, resulting in an irregular shape that is neither a perfect circle nor a square, adding a unique touch to any space. The high-pile rug uses Aspen textile, while the low-pile rug uses Pure textile.size:4x3m

REINKA Outdoor low table_Desiree

The tabletop is made of wide slats, and the legs, which form the structure, are characterized by a single leg made by crossing two parts. Karin is a hybrid modern furniture collection consisting of armchairs and sofas, designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It features a sophisticated wooden beam structure utilizing the latest structural technology, creating a light and airy design while simultaneously incorporating handcrafted elements. The arms are crafted from a single curved piece of wood, and the backrests are adorned with linen threads meticulously woven using traditional Italian techniques, evoking a sense of calm and tranquility. It is a technically hybrid piece, combining traditional and cutting-edge techniques. This interior furniture is perfectly suited to modern life, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Karinは、アームチェアとソファで構成されたインドア、アウトドアのハイブリッドなモダンファニチャーである。最新の構造技術を駆使し洗練された木製の梁構造で軽快にデザインされており、同時に手工芸的な要素を混在させている。アームはカーブさせた一本の木でできおり、背面にはイタリアの伝統工芸技術で丁寧に編み上げられた麻糸を使用しており、それが癒しや穏やかさを醸し出している。伝統技術と最新技術を兼ね合わせた技術的にもハイブリッドな作品である。インドアとアウトドアの境界のない現代生活に適したインテリアファニチャーである。

The dynamic and innovative style of Setsu and Shinobu, their ability to create fluid and elegant shapes and the skills in integrating elements of oriental culture with Italian style have led to the creation of Hineri.A timeless object born from the combination of Made in Italy and oriental influences. In Japanese, “hineri” means “twist.” The name of the vase recalls its shape generated by the rotation of a cylinder around its main axis, which transforms Hineri into an object of art.The vase is in marble, a material that is as resistant as it is delicate: the shape of Hineri reveals the great skills in selecting the portion of stone suitable to withstand the manufacturing process and highly qualified craftsmen capable of mastering the techniques and tools necessary for the best performance of the material.

With the motif of a naturally shaped “iceberg”, a single sofa with an asymmetric and different surface composition. “Icy” changes depending on the viewing angle, and the unpredictable change in shape does not make viewers and users bored. Although it has a geometrical shape, it looks like a part of nature when placed in space. In the distance, you don’t know if it’s an object, or furniture, or a chair, and even if it’s a chair, it’s a sculptural existence that you don’t know where to sit or where the backrest is, but it’s soft and comfortable to sit on. It is a piece of furniture that is surprising and relativistic.

Yuki unfolds like a quiet gesture, its leather planes bending with the grace of origami caught mid-bloom. Subtle folds trace its almost-hexagonal form, giving structure a sense of movement. Long handles draw out from the shape turning into two parallel lines descending from the upper edges like the last gesture of a finished form.

堅くて角ばったイメージを持ちながら、座ると柔らかい、という意外性、相対性をもつローシングルソファ。自然界の「氷」をテーマに氷山、氷の結晶をモチーフにしている。

自然造形に近くアンシンメトリックで個々に異なる面の構成体なので、一見するとどの方向からどう座るのか分からないアイランド形状で、空間に自由にいくつか点在させると個々のまわりに独特の磁場を醸しだす。

YUKI_レザーバッグ
「Yuki」は静かなジェスチャーのように展開し、そのレザーの平面は、開花途中の折り紙のような優雅さで曲線を描く。繊細な折り目がほぼ六角形のフォルムをなぞり、構造に動きの感覚を与えている。ハンドルがその形状から伸び、上端から二本の平行線となって降りてくる様は、完成したフォルムの最後のジェスチャーのようである。
