Remodeled (2) more offices and a mechanical closet. I removed the old fluorescent lights in both offices and installed new canless recessed L.E.D. lights, patched all drywall imperfections & defects,primed, prep and painted both offices with a 2-tone accent wall, design and custom build (2) closets w/cabinet grade birch plywood, edge banding and a semi-gloss polyurethane finish, I installed a exhaust vent & boxed it out for a plasma cutting & edging machine and I built shelving around the mechanical room out of cabinet grade birch plywood. Thanks to three phase innovations in Halls Tennessee for the reoccurring work.

Thanks to Tracy & Josh Nichols of Halls Tennessee for the continued business. We designed and built a custom industrial farmhouse closet build out. I removed all old track lighting, patched all drywall imperfections, nail pops and track lighting holes, installed (5) new canless L.E.D. recessed lights, installed wall paper on one wall, installed shiplap on two adjacent walls, built (12) cabinet drawers for her and (5) cabinet drawers for him, industrial pipe closet rods, triple crown through out, stained an off white in oil base with a black glazing and continued the tile from the bathroom into the closet and grout.

My favorite deck I’ve down too date. This deck is completely down with Timbertech composite. Decking boards are Driftwood in color (a gray with blackish wood grains), deck boards are capped all 4 sides with a new protective covering over the composite(super nice), handrails are the Radiance line all composite in white with black composite balusters, compost top post sleeve covers with a skirt bottom and top cap, I picture frames the deck with the hidden fasteners for a clean seamless custom look, the stair risers are composite, the deck framing was covered with a 1” x 12” composite fascia boards, we covered the tops of the pressure treated floor joist with Timbertech flashing tape to keep the tops of the floor joist from rotting out, footers were brought out of the ground so the 6x6 support post don’t ever rot and then the support post were covered with the white composite post sleeves. What a transformation. This Arcadia butcher block countertop just sets this new kitchen off. We removed the old cabinets, move the dishwasher away from the stove so the doors don’t hit each other anymore, we biscuit joined the countertop to be able to get the length we needed and joined the corner on a 45 degree cut, stained and finished the countertops, set the new sink and faucet, added a new light sconce above the sink and window, new handles & k***s, new water shut off valves, new p-trap drain, subway backsplash, installed the dishwasher, re-installed the microwave range hood and fixed the ceiling were a partition wall was removed. Thank to the Head Start school off of Old Harrisburg Rd. in New Center, for trusting us to add a 8’ x 42’ Roof addition to the front entrance to the school. There are some happy teachers now that they have cover from the stormy days.

We had the opportunity to remodel a third of the inside of the old Regal Cinema Corporate building in halls 2 years ago. This year we had the opportunity to re-paint the exterior. We fixed some cracks in the mortar that leaks when it rains bye grinding the old out and re-filling with new type a mortar, then we waterproofed with Drylok, the whole outside back corner wall were the mortar cracks were Re-filled, pressure washed the whole exterior top to bottom , re-caulked windows with exterior urethane caulk, painted the exterior walls with Behr’s Anonymous (lighter gray) and accented with Dark Granite (darker gray). Even though we used a Behr color, we actually used Farrell-Calhoun paint. Shout out to them for always good service and great paint.
