The Japan Architect (SHINKENCHIKU) special feature separate volume "Open wooden house with SE-structure" is on sale.
Starting with the exhibition "MAKEHOUSE-New prototype exhibition of wooden houses" held at Tokyo Midtown Galleria Courtyard in November 2014, this magazine is based on the theme of "parts making".
Seven architects (Teppei Fujiwara, Koichi Suzuno / Makoto Tsubaki, Makoto Tani, Tsuyoshi Nagasaka, Ryuji Fujimura, Yosh*taka Yoshimura, Hideyuki Nakayama) and NCN collaborated and presented the idea. Whether it was the design of a new wooden house, you will understand it along with the house actually built. In addition to wooden houses, we will also introduce a number of large-scale buildings such as school buildings, warehouses, accommodation facilities, and nursery schools where economics, structure and design are taken into consideration on the theme of "open use".

D&B Architecture (Kobe) villa su un pendio, strutture SE-structure

Questa abitazione è stata costruita utilizzando un telaio con pilastri e travi in legno lamellare, che unitamente ai connettori high-tech forma il sistema SE-structure che noi proponiamo in Italia. Questo tipo di struttura è progettata e testata per resistere ai più violenti terremoti. Su due piani per un totale di 96 mq organizzati attorno ad un atrio a doppio livello, progetto e costruzione dalla Masaki Co. (Osaka, Giappone). Dalle finestre a tutta altezza pavimento-soffitto la luce rende l'ambiente bello e arioso.

This house is built using glulam columns and beams joined together with SE-structure (distributed by Reabita srl) high-tech fasteners, all designed and tested to be earthquake proof. Designed and built by Masaki Co. near Osaka has two floors for a total 96 sqm organized around a double level atrium.
The windows run from floor to ceiling, through which the light enters in a beautiful and spacious way.

View House (Casa con vista)
Si trova sul fianco di una collina in un punto da cui si gode una superba vista grazie alle ampie vetrate consentite dal sistema antisismico giapponese a telaio in legno lamellare e connessioni in acciaio SE-STRUCTURE che la Reabita srl distribuisce in Italia.

Casa con una grande terrazza aperta
Con il sistema SE-structure®, un’ampia apertura collega il grande spazio interno su più livelli ad un’ampia terrazza parzialmente coperta dallo sbalzo della facciata. Il legno massello di ciliegio, conferisce una gradevole sensazione di calore.

Casa a corte a Ofuna
Preso come un punto di vertice sul lato ovest, è scavata la forma di una piramide triangolare, che permette così di aprire una vista sul lato ovest pur mantenendo la privacy. Attraverso questa operazione sul volume unitamente all’uso di un rivestimento in doghe di legno che forma una scatola, ha dato l'impressione che il taglio sia stato scavato in modo deciso.
Il rivestimento in legno a doghe conferisce anche una espressione morbida al contesto urbano, e al tempo stesso svolge il ruolo duplice di controllare il volume rispetto al piano stradale e le linea visuali dal piano stradale.
