I can live on salads! And I actually love putting together this rather simple one for a quick meal. Baby spinach, orange segments and lightly toasted walnuts for that crunch. Top it with a simple vinaigrette dressing and we are good to go. Soft boiled eggs for creaminess and protein.
What about you? Salad person or not?
Also, how good is the Dutch oven for one pot meals?! It’s actually perfect for a no-fuss cook like me. Put it all in and relax while the magic happens. 😁
