Vase small & Vase tall

Hand-sculpted vessels in mineral stone and flame-worked glass.

Catharsis Collection and explores transformation through fracture and recomposition of matter, drawing from the Latin meaning of catharsis as purification through release.
The glass is flame-worked and shaped entirely by hand, without molds, and the stone is gradually sculpted until a precise structural fit with the glass is achieved.

The stone draws inspiration from Roman mineral craftsmanship traditions and is developed through proprietary mineral-based processes, without cement or synthetic binders. Unlike subtractive carving approaches, the form is first generated through a controlled, continuous formation of material, requiring precision and timing before any refinement takes place.

The seven steps lead here.
Then the sunlight works alone, passing through the glass, caressing the stone, revealing the material in its most precious tactility.
And so, the work done lasts forever.
You can still see the hands, you can feel the tools. There's still the rustle of the wind from the October day when we sifted the yellow earth.

Some of the seven steps that lead to the creation of yellow stone.

A deep connection with the raw material has allowed Coki to master it in depth over the years: the timing, the chromatic variations, the possible stone combinations.

A daily quest involving dust, masks, glasses, gentle sounds, and noises that require ear defenders, culminating in the silent care of the final inspection.

Close, far, and close again.

Every inch of each piece is known.
Each process will be permanently imprinted in the material.
