A Sunday morning in Rome isn't really a Sunday morning without a visit to the Porta Portese flea market.

You come for the vintage treasures, the unexpected finds and the people-watching. You stay for the sweet treats.

🥯 Il Maritozzaro: trays full of flaky pastries, cream-filled treats and old-school Roman breakfast vibes. And of course, the king of Roman sweets: the Maritozzo.

🍨 Gelateria Cucurucho: the perfect gelato stop after wandering through the market. Simple, authentic and exactly what you need when Rome starts heating up.

🥐 Giuffrè Forno & Gelato: one of those places locals wish stayed a secret. Amazing pastries, proper bakery vibes and some of the creamiest artisanal gelato around.

If Porta Portese had a map for sweet lovers... this would be ours 📍
