🇮🇹 L'identità della villa sul lago di Como sta riemergendo con forza ed eleganza.
I cornicioni delle porte e le cimase originali in legno sono stati restaurati artigianalmente nel nostro laboratorio, recuperando volumi e proporzioni storiche attraverso lavorazioni di ripristino, carteggiatura e verniciatura.
Contestualmente a questo lavoro conservativo abbiamo installato nuove porte ignifughe ad alte prestazioni che garantiscono performance tecniche elevate senza rinunciare all'eleganza classica degli ambienti.
Un equilibrio delicato e raffinato, costruito dettaglio dopo dettaglio.

The original wooden door cornices and pediments have been artisanally restored in our workshop, recovering their historic volumes and proportions through careful restoration, sanding, and finishing processes.

🇮🇹 Nelle mani dei nostri artigiani il portone della villa viene trasformato da progetto di restauro in realtà.
Ci sono gesti che sembrano semplici, ma racchiudono anni di esperienza: ogni chiodo racconta una scelta e ogni martellata è una promessa di durata nel tempo.
Le mani esperte riconoscono ciò che gli occhi a volte non vedono ed è proprio questa sensibilità che distingue il lavoro artigianale dalla semplice produzione.

🇮🇹 Nel cuore della nostra azienda, sotto il controllo diretto dei nostri artigiani, uno dei portoni originali della villa di fine '800 sul lago di Como prende nuova vita.
Le lavorazioni sono mirate al ripristino delle parti ammalorate, con tecniche di recupero che preservano il legno originale mantenendone ogni dettaglio possibile per valorizzarne l'autenticità.
Abbiamo previsto soluzioni che migliorano l'ingresso con l'inserimento di semifissi laterali per ampliare il passaggio mantenendo l'assetto originale e l'eleganza senza tempo del portone.
Per noi di Dueeffe restaurare significa prenderci cura di ciò che ci ha preceduto nel tempo ed accompagnarlo con consapevolezza nel futuro, preservandone l'identità e la visione del progettista.

🇮🇹 I dettagli li nota solo chi sa guardare e noi di Dueeffe li notiamo sempre.
In questa villa sul lago di Como abbiamo sostituito le persiane in legno mantenendo il disegno originale e lo stile tipico dell'architettura lacustre lombarda.
Abbiamo selezionato materiali e trattamenti protettivi per garantire durata e prestazioni migliorate in un contesto dove vento e umidità sono nemici costanti.
L'equilibrio cromatico è stato mantenuto identico all'originale perchè per una villa d'epoca i colori non sono mai solo estetica, ma sono soprattutto memoria.
Il cantiere prosegue con la sostituzione dei serramenti.
