The context and constraints serve as project inputs. The detached house with a garden, freely definable in its architecture, is compounded within a four-story building that adopts the characteristics of a large building: a centralized core for circulation and systems within a general layout, a punctual structure for free plans, and collective amenities. The freedom and intimacy of small-scale, private living are merged with the formality and order of large-scale, collective spaces.
Four stacked discs define the building’s profile—its inhabited floors. The circular floor plan offers multiple views in all directions, while the vertical arrangement of the levels is shaped by solar exposure. This configuration eliminates any clear hierarchy between the front and back of the building.
Set back from the curved slabs, the facades vary in form, reflecting different commercial divisions and the specific needs of residents, like private villas on individual plots. Each unit features loggias and balconies—generous outdoor extensions of the home, where vegetation plays a key role.
