In Murano activated a process of re-use of leftover materials such as from glass production. As technical collaborators for the realization of "Debris of History, Matters of Memory" at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice by , Sammy Baloji , , mutaforma curate the process of re-use of leftover bricks and glass for the manufacturing of concrete casted modules.

A 'Brick Tapestry' composed of a series of rhomboidal modules handcrafted in Venice from reused bricks from local demolitions and leftovers from Murano glass production. The work evokes the toxic landscapes of the Venetian lagoon but also the implication of Europe and Venice in the Atlantic histories of capitalism and the forced migrations of the slave trade. A wall of faceted bricks like a sharply folded origami screen thus presents itself to the visitors of this year's at the Arsenale in Venice.

Un "Arazzo di mattoni" composto da una serie di moduli romboidali prefabbricati artigianalmente a Venezia dal riuso di mattoni da demolizioni locali ed avanzi della produzione del vetro di Murano. L'opera evoca i paesaggi tossici della laguna di Venezia ma anche l'implicazione dell'Europa e di Venezia nelle storie atlantiche del capitalismo e delle migrazioni forzate della tratta degli schiavi. Un muro di mattoni sfaccettati come uno schermo origami dalle pieghe nette si presenta così ai visitatori della La Biennale di Venezia presso l'Arsenale.

L' opera esposta si presenta come un quadro espanso in divenire. L' artista, grazie alla collaborazione e al sostegno della Fondazione Fedrigoni Fabriano, costruisce un 'installazione in cui rimette in scena, con materiali originali, la cernita degli stracci, l' atto iniziale del ciclo lavorativo della creazione della carta. In occasione dell 'apertura della mostra, la performer Anna Jäger attiverà l' installazione ripetendo il gesto delle "stracciarole"- le donne a cui questa prima fase veniva affidata - onorando così il valore di queste figure il cui contributo è stato invisibilizzato.

The work on display is presented as an expanded painting in the making.
The artist, thanks to the collaboration and support of the Fondazione Fedrigoni Fabriano, builds an installation in which she re-enacts, with original materials, the sorting of rags, the initial act in the work cycle of paper creation. On the occasion of the opening of the exhibition, the performer Anna Jäger will activate the installation by repeating the gesture of the "stracciarole"- the women to whom this first phase was entrusted - thus honouring the value of these figures whose contribution has been invisibile.

Mostra di opere, film e video di Noémie Goudal, Sasha Litvintseva e Beny Wagner, e Bárbara Sánchez Barroso, che indagano il bosco non tanto nella possibilità di descrizione audiovisiva delle sue componenti, quanto nei processi di costruzione di alcune rappresentazioni che lo riguardano e che sono in grado di aprire riflessioni sulle relazioni che il regime del visibile intrattiene con i limiti della conoscenza, la violenza coloniale e il tempo geologico.
