A few recent photos from our ‘office & music studio’ project in Rozel. Sedum roof covering is now in place, PPC aluminium clad bay window and paving coming along, and the cedar cladding is going on shortly. This project is really starting to take shape, tucked below the historic granite roadside wall and Rick Mayhew Builder is doing a great job.

A couple of great aerial views of our latest project underway on site.

This is a complete second floor / roof level re-design with West facing gable extension, new bedroom suite accommodation, snug area, roof terrace with sea views, and a new three bay zinc roofed carport.

We are re-roofing the entire property with new lead dormers, heritage roof lights and thermal upgrades; this project will also have over 30 photovoltaic panels inset within new natural slate roof coverings.
