While we’ve been a little quiet on social media, we’ve been busy behind the scenes laying the foundations for the next chapter of Signature Decorators.

Over the last few weeks we’ve travelled to the UK for inspiration, explored new ideas, continued developing our bespoke cabinet and wardrobe services, improved efficiencies throughout our workshop, welcomed new team members, and kept delivering high-quality projects for our clients.

A lot of the work we’ve been doing isn’t always visible, but it’s all part of building a stronger, smarter business from the inside out.

We’ve also launched our YouTube channel, where you’ll get a real behind-the-scenes look at the challenges, wins, systems, workshop improvements, team growth, and everything that goes into building Signature Decorators 2.0.

Workshop Upgrade: We’re Not Out Of The Trenches Yet

This week we’re continuing the journey of rebuilding and improving Signature Decorators from the inside out.

We’re tackling one of the biggest bottlenecks in our workshop, improving our drying systems, reorganising the space, pushing forward with our Paint Academy plans, and continuing to work through the challenges that come with running a growing business.

The reality is we’re still not where we want to be.

We’ve had some tough weeks recently, but instead of making excuses, we’re making changes.

Another crazy week at Signature Decorators.

I’m not going to pretend it’s been easy.

This week has tested us. Tight deadlines, unexpected challenges, and plenty of pressure along the way. But that’s part of running a business and delivering for our clients.

What matters is how you respond.

The team dug in, stayed focused, and got the jobs done. We’ve pulled everything back under control and, with just one final snagging job to complete on Monday, we’ll be fully caught up and ready to go again.

I’m incredibly proud of what the team has achieved this week. No excuses, no finger-pointing, just hard work, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering the standard our clients expect.

Here’s a look at some of the projects we’ve completed over the last few days.

It’s been a tough week. We've lost staff, faced a few challenges, and had to adapt quickly.

But that's business.

The team has pulled together, we've brought in some experienced new people, and we've kept moving forward.

I'm proud of what we're building and the people around us who continue to show up and give their best.

We’re flat out this week at Signature…wardrobes, kitchens, resin worktops… everything’s moving.

I’m not gonna lie, the last couple of weeks have been tough. We’ve had a few personal issues with staff, so we’ve had to put some extra shifts in and work some late nights.

But the main thing is, the jobs are still getting done properly and kept to the Signature standard.

We should be fully back on track by next week and ready to keep things moving 🚀

Another crazy busy week at Signature Decorators. 💨

We’re unfortunately a man down at the moment due to a family bereavement, but the team have pulled together and we’re doing everything we can to keep projects moving forward.

Long days, a lot of pressure, and a massive variety of work this week. Wardrobes, resin worktops, kitchens, mist coating… a bit of everything. 🎨

On top of that, we’ve had a huge volume of work accepted recently. Quotes are flying out left, right and centre, and the office/admin side of the business is finally starting to run exactly how we envisioned it.

Behind the scenes, we’re also pushing forward with the Signature Academy. Two kitchens are now installed, the carpenter is underway, and we’re expanding the space to include cubicles and dedicated training areas.

Everything is starting to fall into place, and it’s exciting to see where things are heading.

Exciting times ahead.

Plans for our very own in-house Paint Academy are underway.

This is all about bringing on the next generation of painters and staff, creating the right environment for young people to learn, grow, and develop both on and off the job.

We want to build a team culture where people can learn:
