Located at La Pulente within Jersey’s Coastal National Park, this project carefully transforms an existing buildingto create a subtle, contemporary retreat shaped by its natural surroundings. While retaining select structural elements, the proposal introduces a comprehensive redesign that responds directly to the beach, nearby sand dunes, and vast sea views. The result is a coastal home that maximises natural light, frames key views, and sits harmoniously within its landscape.

Queensway House, located on Queen Street in St Helier, is currently undergoing a significant transformation.

The redevelopment will deliver 32 modern apartments across the upper floors, with vibrant retail spaces planned for the ground, lower ground, and basement levels.

The accompanying images showcase the building’s current condition alongside visualisations of its completed form.

Final details for the external materials and colour palette are being confirmed, with vertical colour divisions incorporated into the design to visually break up the long street frontage and create a series of distinct architectural sections.

Following several years of inactivity, this project marks an important step in the revitalisation of Jersey’s main High Street and will contribute meaningfully to the broader regeneration of St Helier’s town centre.
