In this project, the goal wasn’t just to design a beautiful villa....
The client had a clear vision:
a distinctive facade ,simple, yet full of character.
That’s where we started....
We developed a facade based on a thoughtful combination of materials,
carefully balanced without unnecessary complexity or exaggeration.
Every element was considered to:
add visual value,
while maintaining a calm and refined overall design.
We also focused on privacy in specific areas,
creating a balance between openness to the outside and the protection of internal spaces.
The result?
A clean, distinctive facade that reflects a clear lifestyle.

في هذا المشروع الهدف مش مجرد تصميم فيلا جميلة
العميل كان واضح معنا و طلب واجهة مميزة، بسيطة… وفيها شخصية
ومن هون بدأنا
اشتغلنا على واجهة تعتمد على تعدد المواد (Materials)
لكن بطريقة مدروسة، بدون تعقيد أو مبالغة
كل عنصر إله دوره حتى يضيف قيمة بصرية ويحافظ على هدوء التصميم بنفس الوقت
اشتغلنا على موضوع الـ Privacy لغرف محدده بحيث يكون في توازن بين الانفتاح على الخارج والحفاظ على خصوصية الفراغات الداخلية
النتيجة؟
واجهة نظيفة، مميزة… وتعكس أسلوب حياة واضح
